About Kelsi Jaspers

Kelsi Jaspers is a licensed mental health clinician who has practiced in Iowa for the past 15 years in the areas of mental health and substance use. Kelsi has a clinical mental health counseling degree from Capella University. Kelsi has been trained in EMDR therapy, Sandtray and EMDR, Perinatal Mood Disorder Mental Health training, and IFS-informed EMDR therapy. She has additional experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-based Anxiety Management, Feedback-Informed Therapy (FIT), Schema therapy, and many other trauma based approaches.

Kelsi is available to provide therapy services to all populations, she specializes in adolescent and adult women with experiences related to trauma, relationship issues, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, other complex diagnosis including borderline personality disorder.
